On behalf of the state bifurcation ,congress working committee member  Divijay singh address Telangana and Seemandhra people to submit their suggestion on state bifurcation issue on or  before  NOV 5.He also said that our ministries will take every one's suggestion into consideration and will hardly try to solve this issue in a peaceful manner.
 So people of Seemandhra & Telangana are advised to submit their suggestion and heart-felt feelings to their nearest MLA's and MP's.
